Well a skepticism I had tring these was very high. With that said, Within 24 hours my brain fog was clearing greatly. Higher energy levels after about 4 days. And has continued for the 3 weeks I have been taking them. The only draw back I personally have is the raspberry flavor. After a couple days the benefits out weigh the taste.
