- Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days after approwval from our team.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Costs of Returning
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A £4.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking, storage, and handling costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@beyondsups.com within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, we will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
